With 18 different sports you have wide variety to choose from and take part in and an Athletic Union with over 800 members and counting. You can be part of a team and social scene at the University of Bedfordshire Students’ Union. No matter what your interest or level of experience is, we will have something for you.
In recent years, the University of Bedfordshire has had its most successful period of sport on record, winning numerous leagues, tournaments and Conference Cup Finals. Currently sitting at 72nd of the BUCS League (2010-11) our teams are looking to go further than ever before.

Playing sport for Bedfordshire is a great way of meeting people and developing your skills.
The Athletic Union (AU) is the part of the Students’ Union that administers sport. We have a large number of competitive sport teams that play in BUCS (British Universities and College Sports) leagues, and a number of recreational sport teams.
