► Rate Your Landlord
UBSU is running a rate your landlord scheme which is to help students when looking for a new house to rent. Anyone can take part in this survey if they have lived in a privately rented house/flat. These include flats rented out by individual landlords and estate agents. The personal data collected will not be used in any way. UBSU will collate a list of top three recommended landlords so that students know who students recommend. Contact faye.biggs@beds.ac.uk if you would like to get involved. Also any complaints that we receive will be looked into. If anyone has any issues regarding accommodation they can speak to louise.tadiar@beds.ac.uk .
